About Our School

Meremere School is a small rural school situated 20 minutes south of Pukekohe, at the edge of Meremere Village, looking north towards the Bombay hills.

The school is a full primary catering for children from years 1-8. The school is multi-cultural and currently enrols Maori, Pacifica, Caucasean, and West Indies/African children.

The school has a puna/pre-school onsite: Te Puna o Te Aroha Puna Reo.

Meremere School engaged with ERO along with 19 other schools in New Zealand to share how we ensure on-going improved outcomes for learners. The result of EROs study will be produced in a booklet to support all schools improve learner outcomes.
